Join the Kansas Skilled Nursing Satisfaction Initiative
Complimentary resident satisfaction surveying for all participants

As part of a new statewide initiative, National Research Corporation and the Department of Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) are offering free nursing home resident satisfaction surveying for all nursing homes in Kansas.

If you haven’t already, complete the enrollment form to join the statewide initiative and take the next step in your quality improvement journey.  Summary results of this survey will be posted online.  Failure to participate will be reflected on the state’s online nursing home report card.

  • Secure, private, and ongoing access to your satisfaction survey results.
  • Performance summary reports comparing performance relative to your peers.

Enrollment deadline is November 15—get started today.
All you need to do is submit this enrollment form and we'll be in touch regarding the next steps. The results collected from these surveys will be included in an online Nursing Home Report Card to help customers identify and select a nursing home.
